To better assist the community to use library e-resources and virtual services while they work or learn from home, the library has added “Chat with a Librarian” service. This live chat service allows users to use their smartphone, tablet or computer to get help from a librarian via text, audio or video when needed.
A librarian is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding holidays) to walk you through the steps to access WPL’s e-resources or virtual services, including how to download e-books to your device.
